We do understand that sometimes some things don't work out the way that you imagined.

But remember NVR LOOK BACK has got you covered.

Exchange policy

Your kit doesn’t fit perfectly and you want to change sizes? 

Want to exchange it for a different rad design?

No worries! Just send it back and we’ll exchange it for you. 

As long as 

  1. It is within 30 days of purchase. 

  2. It is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed.  

  3. Tags are intact 

If so, fill out the "Contact Support Form" at the bottom of this page. 

We will then reach out to you via email to complete the process.

Do not ship your item back to us until you receive a confirmation email from our team.

Return policy

We are happy to refund you for your return.

As long as 

  1. It's within 30 days of purchasing 

  2. It's in its original condition and hasn't been worn or washed

  3. Tags are intact 

Please note,

  • In all events of returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. 

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • NVR LOOK BACK will only credit you back in the amount of the merchandise being returned. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment of method within 5-7 business days.

Nvr Look Back Policies 

At NVR LOOK BACK we have an "all sales final" policy. Meaning anything that is bought while on sale is final, and can not be refunded or exchanged.

​Please note the following: 

  • If a product is punctured by a race pin of any sort we cannot grant an exchange or return. 

  • We reserve the right to refund and exchange at our discretion based on the condition an item is returned to us. 

  • We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method of shipping. NVR LOOK BACK is not responsible for any lost packages.  

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

NVR LOOK BACK strives for perfection in everything we touch. We want you to feel as good as your going to look in our apparel, but hey, quality control mistakes can happen.

If you feel your product wasn't made properly and is faulty or defective, reach out to us. This is how we approach it.

 

Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing defect occurs within 60 days of purchase. Upon inspection, if the item has a manufacturing defect we will replace it.

Shipping for a defective product will be covered entirely by yours truly, NVR LOOK BACK.

Here's what you should do.

Send us an email at orders@nvrlookback.com.

Be sure to include in your email.

  1. The original order number.

  2. A description of the damage and how it occurred.

  3. Clear pictures of the affected areas.

A member of our customer service team will reach out to you shortly after.
